Vibration
- Vibration tests on specimens up to 350 kg and with dynamic thrust up to 62 kN
- Tests conducted with sine, swept sine, resonance dwell or random vibration excitation
- Complex structures monitored during tests and full analysis carried out
- Tests conducted keeping specimens in their in-service orientation using a vibration slip table
- EM shakers can be combined with climatic chambers
- Test further enhanced by operating test specimens, either electrically or mechanically
Vibration tests are carried out in accordance with a wide range of military, commercial and customer-owned specifications, on test items up to 350kg mass. In addition to existing test specifications, we are able to measure data in the field, or on our own extensive test tracks, to be replicated in the test laboratory.
A number of our EM shakers can be combined with climatic chambers, and test devices can be subjected to simultaneous durability cycling and monitoring to provide true life simulation testing.
